LEGACY SEVA

A LIFE OF DEVOTIONAL SERVICE

For nearly six decades, Srimati Syamarani Dasi has given her life, her energy, and her many gifts in service to the mission of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. As an artist, editor, teacher, speaker, and spiritual guide, she has worked tirelessly to share the teachings of her gurus and the beauty of Krishna consciousness with people throughout the world.

Sacred Vedic Arts is the natural continuation of that lifetime of service — a permanent home where these teachings, sacred arts, and traditions can be preserved, shared, and carried forward for generations to come.

A Thriving Legacy in Miami

A living community of devotion, service, culture and learning

Sacred Vedic Arts current rented facility, Miami FL

For the past five years, Srimati Syamarani Dasi, Vasanti Dasi, and a small group of devotees have nurtured Sacred Vedic Arts, a Bhakti-yoga cultural center in Miami, Florida.

From a modest rented house, SVA has grown into a vibrant community offering daily devotional programs, hari-katha, sacred arts, prasadam, education, and outreach.

The community is flourishing—and ready for a permanent home.

Today, Sacred Vedic Arts is flourishing beyond what its founders imagined. New people are discovering Krishna consciousness, embracing devotional life, and in some cases choosing to live and serve in the temple. There is a youthful enthusiasm reminiscent of the early days of the movement in the 1960s and ’70s.

At the heart of this growth is the spiritual guidance of Srimati Syamarani Dasi and the guru lineage she represents—carrying forward the teachings of Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada and Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Goswami Maharaja.

WHY THIS MOMENT MATTERS

Syamarani Dasi is now in the final chapter of her life.

She is no longer traveling. Her health no longer allows for extensive outreach beyond Miami. Yet her heart remains fully invested in nurturing devotees, guiding artists, and establishing a spiritual home that will continue long into the future.

She is not asking for comfort.

She is asking for service to Srila Prabhupada’s mission.

She has disciples, students, and followers prepared to carry this project forward into the future. What is needed now is the collective support of the worldwide Vaiṣṇava community to help her establish the foundation.

For decades, we have received … Now we are being asked to give back.
