 Śrī Nāmācārya  Haridāsa Thākura

Why is he heralded as nāmācārya – one who, by example, teaches the world to chant the holy name? Because his blissful absorption in chanting, even in the face of severe adversity, does not waver for a fraction of a moment. This small book, compiled for our eternal benefit by Śrī Śrīmad Bhaktivedānta Nārāyaṇa Gosvāmī Mahārāja, consists of approximately twenty pastimes of Śrīla Haridāsa Ṭhākura, as narrated in Śrī Caitanya-caritāmṛtaŚrī Caitanya-bhāgavata and other books. With the insightful commentaries of Śrīla Sarasvatī Ṭhākura Prabhupāda woven throughout, these documented accounts of Śrīla Haridāsa Ṭhākura’s life illuminate his astonishing humility, dedication, magnanimity, devotion and numerous other transcendental qualities, and strengthen our relationship with him. By his mercy, we are filled with the hope that one day we, also, will become internally resolute in our chanting of the holy name.

Śrī Brhad-bhāgavatāmṛta vol 1 part 1 (chapters 1 & 2)

Fascinating histories revealing every aspect of devotional service comprise this First Canto of Śrī Bṛhad-bhāgavatāmṛta, as it analyzes the nature and worship of Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa. With a view to establish the svarūpa, or nature and truth, of Śrīmatī Rādhikā, it describes the search of the great sage Śrī Nārada for the greatest devotee of the Lord, which culminates in Śrī Kṛṣṇa Himself divulging His love for Vraja, the Vrajavāsīs, and especially His beloved gopīs. Śrī Bṛhad-bhāgavatāmṛta became manifest by churning Śrīmad Bhāgavatam, which is the essence of all the Vedas. Written and also commented upon by Śrīla Sanātana Gosvāmīpāda, Śrī Bṛhad-bhāgavatāmṛta is the first and the foundation of all the Gosvāmī literature.

Śrī Bhajana-rahasya

Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura presents an astounding analysis of the mahā-mantra based on Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu’s Śikṣāṣṭakam. Supporting his presentation by referencing abundant quotes from Vedic literature, he guides the practitioner of bhakti through the successive stages of perfection, from śraddhā (initial faith) to prema (pure love of God). In Bhajana-rahasya-vtti, the first ever commentary on this text, Śrī Śrīmad Bhaktivedānta Nārāyaṇa Gosvāmī Mahārāja has expanded on the meaning of each verse. with Bhaktyloka by Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura

“For the benefit of all living beings, Śrīla Rūpa Gosvāmī churned the ocean of Śrīman Mahāprabhu’s instructions and extracted the essence in the form of this Śrī Upadeśāmta.
